Placing An Order:

Our online store is reliable, safe and easy. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards via the following options:
- Via our secure online shopping cart with our payment process of PayPal
- Via fax using our secure online shopping cart and sending the completed order form to us at 1-518-384-2590

We can also accept personal checks and money orders. In the event you use a personal check or money order, they must be made payable to 'Bridal Bureau, LLC' or they will be returned and have to be re-issued. Please mail to us at:

Ordering Samples:
For those who like to see before buying, samples of many of the favors are available for purchase to those in the United States and Canada. The handmade note cards & invitation samples are only $4 each and include shipping with a matching envelope for residents in the US. Favor samples are available on any favor that does not require a minimum quantity. With your favor sample order, you will receive a $5 credit that is valid for 40 days from date of shipment and can be applied towards any future My Wedding Market order totaling $50 or more.

Sales Tax:
Since our corporate offices are in New York State, we are required to collect 8% sales tax (before S+H) for customers in NYS.

Shipping and Handling:
- Print at Home Place Cards are delivered via email within 48 business hours
- Wedding Pajamas are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed
- Bridal Tees ship in 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed
- Wine Glass Charms ship in 3-7 business days from the date your order is placed
- Favors and place card holders ship in 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed
- Glass Ornaments ship in 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed
- Our handmade invitations and note cards ship within 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed
- Wedding Cookie Favors will ship and arrive prior to the delivery date specified when placing your order
- Personalized items ship within 2 weeks
- In the event an item is out of stock or backordered, we will contact you via email
- Should an item be discontinued - you will receive an email from us and a full refund via original method of payment
- Orders ship either via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, each of our product descriptions let you know how the item ships
- Our tshirts are shipped to Canada and Internationally via International Express Mail
- All orders over $200 receive free shipping every day (excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada)

International Orders:
With our Rhinestone Wedding Tshirts and print at home place cards, we are more than happy to take orders from International customers.

Delivery:
We ship to residents within the United States, Canada and Internationally (for our wedding tshirts and print at home place cards only). You will be contacted via email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been documented as delivered.

Some of our suppliers will be shipping directly to you which can result in your order arriving in multiple deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges:
If the item(s) you have received are incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. All returns need to be taken care of within 7 business days from receipt of the goods. Please contact us immediately to obtain details on how to return your order - some returns require a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges within 30 days. Please note: if you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. If possible, please return the item(s) in their original box. If this can't be done, the returned items need to be in a corregated brown box and the returned items need to be unused and in the original packaging to receive your refund. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Tshirts
(each crystal rhinestone tee is made-to-order per your specifications - please see product note below regarding size)
- Handmade Note Cards, Invitations, Wine Glass Charms and Ornaments
(custom-made to order, designed by one artist & hand finished with paint and/or glitter)
- Edible Products, Candles, Customized and Personalized Items
(unless there was a mistake on our part - ex. incorrect personalization on tags, wrong ribbon color, etc.)
- If an item is damaged in transit, it can be exchanged and the the order will be fulfilled for no additional charge. The customer must return the damaged merchandise; it is no cost to them, a UPS driver will automatically come to take the package away at no cost.

Product Note:
Ours tees are 100% cotton and are styled for a fitted look, please keep this in mind when selecting your size - when in doubt, order one size up. We recommend that the shirt be turned inside out before washing (hand or machine), using cold water (no bleach) and low heat in the dryer - this will insure they look their best for a long time! Please do not dry clean.
